Earl Nightingale was a prominent American radio speaker and author renowned for his focus on human character development, motivation, and the quest for a purposeful life. In the early 1950s, he lent his voice to the character Sky King in a well-received radio adventure series and also hosted a program on WGN radio from 1950 to 1956.
