Josh McDaniels is an American professional football coach in the NFL. He started his career with the New England Patriots in 2001, serving as their offensive coordinator for a total of 14 seasons. McDaniels was part of setting the season record for points scored and achieving a perfect regular season in 2007. He also won three Super Bowl titles with the Patriots. McDaniels had less successful stints as head coach of the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders, being fired during his second season in each role.
