Siri Barje

Siri Barje, a Swedish chef and cookbook author, is well-known for her appearances as a TV chef on Nyhetsmorgon's "Kökets middag." She received her training at Grythyttans Restaurangskola and has worked at Shibumi restaurant in Stockholm, as well as managed a vegetarian summer restaurant on Öland. In 2016, Barje published the cookbook "Snabbmat för gröna gourmander: ett stekt ägg är också middag." She is an active presence in the food blogging sphere, with her own blog and collaborations on podcasts. Barje has taken part in cooking competitions and co-hosts the podcast "Tack för maten" with Kristoffer Triumf since 2021.
