He has achieved numerous titles including the It's Showtime 77MAX World Champion, WMC Intercontinental and WPMF World Champion, and W5 World Champion. In 2009, he emerged victorious in the WMC King's Cup Challenger Tournament in Bangkok, Thailand. Transitioning to MMA in 2011, Cosmo competed for organizations such as Bellator, Legacy Fighting Championship, and ONE Championship before eventually retiring.
