Tim Horton

Tim Horton was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman known for his 24 seasons in the NHL. He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs and also had stints with the New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Buffalo Sabres. In 2017, he was recognized as one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players. Additionally, he co-founded the well-known Tim Hortons restaurant chain. He tragically passed away at the age of 44 in a single-vehicle crash related to drugs and alcohol.
