Tiaina Baul "Junior" Seau Jr. was a highly accomplished American professional football linebacker, primarily known for his time with the San Diego Chargers in the NFL. His intense and passionate style of play earned him numerous accolades, including six first-team All-Pro selections, twelve Pro Bowl appearances, and a spot on the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team. Seau also led the Chargers to Super Bowl XXIX. Tragically, his suicide and subsequent diagnosis of chronic traumatic encephalopathy brought attention to the issue of head trauma in football.
