Sito Pons is a Spanish former professional Grand Prix motorcycle racer who won consecutive 250cc road racing world championships in 1988 and 1989. After retiring, he founded the Honda-Pons Racing team in MotoGP, with riders like Alex Criville and Loris Capirossi. Pons later won the 2004 World Series by Renault championship and achieved success in Moto2 with riders like Pol Espargaro and Aleix Espargaro. Pons Racing also excelled in MotoE, winning the championship multiple times.
