(Indian Weightlifter) Jeremy Lalrinnunga is a successful weightlifter from India, originally from Aizawl, Mizoram. He made headlines by winning gold at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in the Boys' 62 kg weightlifting division, marking India's first gold medal in the Youth Olympic Games. Additionally, he earned a silver medal at the Asian Weightlifting Championship. In the Men's 67 kg event at the 2019 World Weightlifting Championships, he placed 21st. His accomplishments continued with a gold medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the 67 kg category, where he set a game record in snatch and clean and jerk lifts.
