Ken Owers

Ken Owers began his professional snooker career in 1986 and quickly made an impact by reaching the last 16 in prestigious tournaments such as the 1986 International Open and the 1987 English Professional Championship. He claimed victory in the 1989 WPBSA Invitational Event Two, but his performance began to wane during the 1989/1990 season. Despite intermittent returns to form, Owers decided to retire from professional snooker in 1997 following a defeat in the World Championship qualifying matches. Throughout his career, Owers competed against renowned players like Jimmy White, Neal Foulds, and Alex Higgins.
