Harry Wayne Casey, better known as KC, is an accomplished American record producer, musician, and songwriter, famous for his band KC and the Sunshine Band. He is renowned for producing chart-topping hits for several artists and influencing the disco genre during the 1970s. Following a serious car accident in 1981 that resulted in partial paralysis, he displayed incredible resilience by making a remarkable recovery and returning to the recording studio later that year. Throughout his career in the music industry, he has enjoyed significant success and has even made appearances on popular television shows such as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
