(Vocalist) Nexhmije Pagarusha, known as the Queen of Albanian music, was a celebrated Kosovo-Albanian singer and actress. Throughout her 36-year career, she gained recognition for her performances of Kosovan folk songs. Her professional journey started in 1948 with her debut on Radio Prishtina and concluded in 1984 with her final concert in Sarajevo. In addition to Albanian music, Pagarusha showcased versatility by performing various genres such as rock, pop, funk, and opera/classical.
