Vincent Anthony Guaraldi, a celebrated American jazz pianist, is famous for his compositions for animated Peanuts television specials. His well-known works include "Linus and Lucy" and "Christmas Time Is Here." Guaraldi also found success performing with Cal Tjader and as a solo artist. His Grammy-winning hit "Cast Your Fate to the Wind" was a major success in 1963. Sadly, Guaraldi passed away from a heart attack following a nightclub performance in Menlo Park, California.
