(Guitarist) Clarence White was a prominent American bluegrass and country guitarist and singer, known for his contributions to the Kentucky Colonels and the Byrds. He was a pioneer of country rock in the late 1960s and excelled as a session musician, collaborating with various artists across genres. White, along with Gene Parsons, developed the innovative B-Bender accessory for guitars. His musical achievements were recognized when he was inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Association Hall of Fame in 2016 and again in 2019 as a member of the Kentucky Colonels.
