Dale Jarrett, a retired American race car driver, had a successful career in NASCAR. He won the Daytona 500 three times and the NASCAR Winston Cup Series championship in 1999. After retiring from driving, he became a prominent racing commentator. Jarrett worked as an announcer and lead racing analyst for ESPN and ABC before joining the NBC Sports Broadcasting Crew for NASCAR events. In 2014, he was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions to the sport.
