Anusha Dandekar is an Indo-Australian TV host, VJ, actress, model and singer. She is best known as a VJ and a host who has hosted several popular shows like ‘MTV's House of Style’, ‘MTV Roadies’, ‘MTV Dance Crew’, ‘MTV Love School’ and ‘MTV Teen Diva’. She is also famous for appearing in the movie ‘Viruddh’ alongside Bollywood veterans Sharmila Tagore, Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, and John Abraham. Having started her acting career with the film ‘Mumbai Matinee’, Dandekar has also graced the covers of several high end magazines as a model. She has modelled for ‘Cosmopolitian,’ ‘Seventeen’ and ‘Elle.’ Besides this, she has endorsed the brands Lee Jeans, Toni & Guy, Reebok and Crocs. The multi-faceted personality has also released a song ‘Better Than Your Ex’. Currently, she can be seen as one of the judges on the show ‘India's Next Top Model’. Talking about the honors and accolades she has received, Anusha Dandekar became the winner of Best Debut Award at the Maharashtra Times Award function in 2006 for her performance in ‘Viruddh’.
