Liza Tarbuck is an English actor and radio/TV presenter, best known for her association with ‘BBC Radio.’ Born and raised in Liverpool, she was interested in the entertainment industry ever since was a kid. Most of her interest in the industry is attributed to her father, Jimmy Tarbuck, who is a popular comedian. Interested in acting, she became a member of the ‘National Youth Theatre,’ following her high-school graduation. In order to further hone her skills as an actor, she joined the ‘Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.’ She began her full-fledged career in acting during the late 1980s and made her acting breakthrough with the 1987 comedy series ‘Watching.’ She played pivotal roles in series such as ‘Linda Green’ and ‘Tumbledown.’ Additionally, she had a successful career in radio, playing essential roles in the radio dramas ‘Clare in the Community’ and ‘Just a Minute.’ She presented TV shows such as ‘Pet Nation,’ ‘Supersize vs Superskinny,’ and ‘Win, Lose or Draw Late.’ She has also been a successful author and has written the book ‘I An Distracted by Everything.’
