Dana Loesch

Description: (Political Commentator)

Dana Loesch is an American radio host, television host, political analyst, National Rifle Association (NRA) spokesperson, and author, best recognised as a conservative political commentator. Raised as a Democrat, her early marriage to staunch Republican Chris Loesch, along with her take on Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky affair, gradually led her rightward and she became conservative following the September 11 attacks. During her initial career, she wrote investigative news articles for St. Louis Magazine, and her website ‘Mamalogues.’ In 2008, she began the radio show ‘The Dana Show: The Conservative Alternative’ on Radio America. Loesch, along with Bill Hennessy, co-founded the St. Louis Tea Party in 2009, but she left the organisation in late 2011. She worked as editor-in-chief of the far-right American website ‘Big Journalism’ in 2010, and as political analyst at CNN in early 2011 for its 2012 election coverage. She also worked as host of ‘Conservative Political Action Conference’ (CPAC) in 2013 and came up with her new daily TV Show ‘Dana’ on ‘TheBlaze TV’ in 2014. She hosted the show till November 2017. She also appeared on TV networks like HBO, CBS, and Fox News as guest.
