Gerald Anthony Scarfe CBE RDI is a celebrated English cartoonist and illustrator renowned for his significant artistic contributions. He is known for his work as an editorial cartoonist for The Sunday Times and an illustrator for The New Yorker. Scarfe's notable achievements include creating iconic graphics for rock band Pink Floyd's album The Wall, its film adaptation, and tour. He has also demonstrated his talent as a production designer for the Disney animated feature Hercules and provided opening titles for TV shows such as Yes Minister and Yes, Prime Minister.
