Joe Weider was a Canadian bodybuilder and entrepreneur who co-founded the International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB). He is known for creating prestigious bodybuilding contests such as Mr. Olympia, Ms. Olympia, and the Masters Olympia. Weider also published popular fitness magazines like Muscle & Fitness, Flex, Men's Fitness, and Shape. In addition, he developed a line of fitness equipment and supplements. Weider's significant contributions to the fitness industry led to his induction into the International Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
