(Politician) Huỳnh Tấn Phát was a distinguished South Vietnamese architect, politician, and revolutionary recognized for his pivotal roles in and post the Vietnam War. He was the Prime Minister and de facto leader of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of South Vietnam. Later, he assumed the roles of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction in the unified Vietnam government. Phát continued his service as Vice President of Vietnam until his passing.
