William R. Day

William Rufus Day had a distinguished professional career as an American diplomat and jurist. He served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1903 to 1922. Prior to his time on the Supreme Court, Day was the United States Secretary of State under President William McKinley. He also served as a United States circuit judge for the Court of Appeals and Circuit Courts for the Sixth Circuit.
