(Judge) Douglas H. Ginsburg is a well-known American lawyer and jurist who currently serves as a senior U.S. circuit judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He has previously held the position of chief judge on the D.C. Circuit and was nominated for a seat on the United States Supreme Court in 1987.
