Irve Lewis "Scooter" Libby is an American lawyer who held prominent roles in the George W. He became infamous for his role in the disclosure of CIA officer Valerie Plame Wilson's identity, which resulted in his indictment and conviction for obstruction of justice, perjury, and making false statements.
