(Actress) Marian Hall Seldes, a highly acclaimed American actress, had a remarkable career on Broadway. She was a five-time Tony Award nominee and won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for her role in A Delicate Balance in 1967. Seldes also received nominations for Father's Day, Deathtrap, Ring Round the Moon, and Dinner at Eight. Her Broadway credits include Equus, Ivanov, and Deuce. She was inducted into the American Theater Hall of Fame in 1995 and received the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2010.
