Danielle Anne Brisebois is an American singer, producer, and a former actress who is famous for writing the song ‘Lost Stars’ from the film ‘Begin Again’, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award under the ‘best original song’ category. She worked as a child actress until her teenage days. Very talented despite her young age, she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her appearance in the sitcoms ‘All in the Family’ and its spin-off ‘Archie Bunker's Place’ as ‘Stephanie Mills’ between 1978 and 1983. Danielle has also produced various songs for other artistes including the likes of Clay Aiken, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Carly Smithson, Paula Abdul, Kelly Clarkson, and Kylie Minogue. Apart from singing and producing songs for others, Danielle has written many songs too; some of the most popular soundtracks she has written are ‘Unwritten’ and ‘Pocketful of Sunshine’.
