Description:
(Businessman) Frederick Trump was a German-American businessman who immigrated to the United States in 1885. He started investing in real estate in Seattle and later relocated to the Yukon during the Klondike Gold Rush. In the Yukon, he ran a restaurant and a brothel for miners. Returning briefly to Germany, he lost his citizenship for avoiding conscription before going back to the US. In Queens, he worked as a barber, managed hotels, and invested in real estate until his passing during the 1918 flu pandemic.
