John Hummer

John Hummer is a retired professional basketball player who had a successful career in the NBA, playing for the Braves, Bulls, and SuperSonics. He was a standout player for the Princeton Tigers, winning multiple Ivy League championships during his college years. After leaving basketball, he obtained an MBA from Stanford University. Hummer went on to co-found Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a venture capital firm that specializes in investing in software companies, alongside Ann Winblad. He had the privilege of being coached by several basketball Hall of Famers throughout his career.
