Amelia Warren Tyagi is a management consultant, entrepreneur, and author. She is the daughter of American politician and academic Elizabeth Warren, who has been serving as the senior US senator from Massachusetts since 2013. Amelia's father, the late Jim Warren, was an 'IBM' employee and a subcontractor at 'NASA.' An honorary graduate from 'Brown University,' Amelia began her career as a freelance consultant and later co-founded a health-care firm and a management consulting firm. A nationally recognized writer, Amelia has co-authored two bestsellers with her mother, namely, 'The Two-Income Trap’ and ‘All Your Worth: The Ultimate Lifetime Money Plan.’ She has also presented her views on various topics on many TV and radio shows, such as 'Dr. Phil.' She has written articles for several publications. Amelia was in the center of a controversy when her organization was accused of sponsoring lawsuits to improve voter-registration drives for welfare recipients in Massachusetts. The allegations were made Elizabeth’s opponent in the senate race, Scott P Brown. He claimed that the strategy was designed to benefit Amelia’s mother in her election campaign. Amelia’s organization denied all allegations. Amelia currently lives in her Pacific Palisades mansion with her husband, Sushil Tyagi, a former management consultant and a film producer in the US and India. They have three children.
