Joshua Prince-Ramus is the founding principal of REX, an architecture and design firm in New York City. He is known for leading a variety of high-profile projects, including the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center, the Mercedes-Benz Future Lab and Museum in Stuttgart, and the Lindemann Performing Arts Center. He has also worked on projects such as 2050 M Street in Washington, DC, PERTH+ in Western Australia, and the Necklace Residence on Long Island. In 2017, REX completed the transformation of Five Manhattan West, a significant renovation project in New York City.
