Charles Randolph “Charlie” Korsmo is an American former child actor turned attorney. He gained fame for portraying roles like The Kid/Dick Tracy, Jr. in ‘Dick Tracy’; Siggie in ‘What About Bob?’, and Jack Banning in ‘Hook’. A North Dakota native, Korsmo grew up in Minnesota. He made his screen debut when he was 12 years old, in the drama film ‘Men Don't Leave’. His television debut came about in that year as well, in the telefilm ‘Heat Wave’. Korsmo was active in the entertainment industry for about eight years before retiring in 1998. He subsequently earned a law degree from Yale Law School in 2006. A year later, he got through the New York State Bar examination. Korsmo worked as an associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and later as a visiting professor at Brooklyn Law School. At present, he serves as a professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland.
