Nathan West is an American actor, musician, and singer, best known for appearing in series such as ‘7th Heaven’ and ‘The Adventures of A.R.K.’ Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, USA, Nathan grew up playing hockey and built a career in the sports upon growing up. Following his high-school graduation, he also played professional ice hockey for teams such as the ‘Detroit Whalers’ of the ‘Ontario Hockey League.’ He made his acting debut in 1994, appearing in a small role of an Iceland goalie in the American sports comedy–drama film titled ‘D2: The Mighty Ducks.’ He next appeared in a single episode of the series titled ‘The Practice.’ It was after his hockey career was over that he actually began working as an actor in films and on TV. In the early 2000s, he appeared playing supporting roles in films such as ‘Bring It On’ and ‘Not Another Teen Movie.’ In addition, he also appeared in guest roles in series such as ‘Get Real,’ ‘That ’80s Show,’ and ‘Glory Days.’ He is best known for playing the recurring role of ‘Johnny’ in the drama series titled ‘7th Heaven.’ He also works as a musician and has formed a duo named ‘WestLeigh’ with his wife.
