Enos Stanley Kroenke is an American tycoon counted amongst the world’s most powerful sports and real estate entrepreneurs. He owns Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, and also Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL), Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer (MLS), Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), St. Louis Rams of the National Football League (NFL), and Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is the largest shareholder of English Premier League’s football club Arsenal as well. A successful real estate investor, he eventually diversified his business into shopping centers and ranches. In 2016, he bought a ranch of 520,000 acres in Texas, worth $725 million, which eventually made him one of the top ten landowners in the US, owning a total of more than 848,000 acres of land in the US. He also holds about 30 million square feet of real estates. Kroenke launched Altitude, a regional sports network in Denver, and outdoor sports TV channels in the UK and the US. In addition, he had inherited a stake in Walmart after the death of his father-in-law who was the co-founder of Walmart. The stake was worth $4.8 billion as of 2015. According to Forbes, his personal wealth as of 2016 was worth $8 billion, and his wife's $5 billion.
