Ray Lewis is a former American professional football player. He played for the team, ‘Baltimore Ravens,’ in the ‘National Football League,’ throughout his career. Lewis played in the position of a ‘middle linebacker.’ He started playing football while he was in high school. He was a prominent member of his university football team too. While in university, Lewis was selected to play in the ‘National Football League,’ by the ‘Baltimore Ravens,’ as a first round pick. Lewis is considered to be one of the best players in the history of the ‘NFL,’ to play as a middle linebacker. Lewis led his team to victory in the ‘Super Bowl XXXV.’ He is one of the few players to have played in the ‘Pro Bowl,’ in three different decades. Though he courted controversies during his career, he is still considered an icon by the football lovers across the United States.
