Michael Brown, professionally known as “Michael Ealy,” is an American actor. He began his career as an ‘off-Broadway’ stage actor and became famous for his breakthrough role in the movie ‘Barbershop’ in 2002. His other notable movies include the ‘Fast and Furious’ movie series, ‘Think Like a Man,’ and ‘The Perfect Guy.’ Ealy has also performed in many American TV series. He has been featured in music videos of eminent artists such as Maria Carey and Beyoncé. In 2006, he received a ‘Golden Globe’ nomination in the category ‘Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television’ for his role in ‘Sleeper Cell: American Terror.’ Two of his upcoming movies are ‘The Intruder’ and ‘Fatale,’ both directed by Deon Taylor. The movies are scheduled to release in 2019. According to Taylor, his grasp over his role and the depth of his performance in ‘The Intruder’ prompted Taylor to cast Ealy in his next movie, opposite Hilary Swank.
