Suzy Aitchison is an English actress best recognized for her portrayal of Susie on BBC One’s sitcom ‘Jam & Jerusalem,’ in which she starred alongside Dawn French. She is also known for appearing in ‘The Russ Abbot Show’ which ran from 1986 to 1989. The talented actress has also made guest appearances in many TV programs and has narrated a number of audiobooks for BBC. Born in Marylebone, London, England to actress June Whitfield, Aitchison developed a love for acting just like her mother. She earned a degree in Drama & Theatre Arts from University of Birmingham and went on to work extensively in theatre. After her mother introduced her to comedian/screenwriter Jennifer Saunders, Aitchison kicked off her career in television.
