Joseph Robinette “Beau” Biden III was the eldest child of the 46th U.S President Joe Biden. He wore many hats; he served as the Attorney General of Delaware, a major in Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and a member of the Democratic Party. He graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and worked at the United States Department of Justice for nearly nine years before he became a partner in a private law firm. He was later elected Delaware attorney general. He also served in the military and was a Major in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. During his military stint, he served in Iraq for mearly a year from October 2008 to September 2009. In November 2010, he was re-elected to a second term as Delaware Attorney General.
