Zeenat Karzai is an Afghan political figure best known for her role as the First Lady of Afghanistan from 22 December 2001 to 29 September 2014, during which her husband Hamid Karzai served as the President of Afghanistan. Prior to her wedding with Karzai, Zeenat Karzai worked as a gynaecologist and treated Afghan refugees in Pakistan.
