Kehinde Babatunde Victor Oladipo is an American professional basketball player currently affiliated with the National Basketball Association (NBA) team Indiana Pacers. He predominantly plays in the shooting guard or point guard position. A native of Maryland, Oladipo is a son of African immigrants. He began to play basketball quite early in his life, and by the time he had enrolled at his high school, the sport had become a quintessential part of his existence. After graduating from high school, he accepted the offer of Indiana University to play for their team, the Indiana Hoosiers. He would play three seasons for the Hoosiers, during which he would break several records and earn the Sporting News Men's College Basketball Player of the Year, the Co-NABC Defensive Player of the Year, and the USBWA and Sporting News’ first-team All-American accolades. Oladipo began his professional career in NBA with Orlando Magic. In his first year with the team, he made it to the NBA All-Rookie first team. In 2016, Orlando Magic traded him to Oklahoma City Thunder. He spent a year there before joining the Pacers in 2017. Oladipo won the first-time NBA All-Star and the NBA Most Improved Player accolades in his first season with the Pacers. In 2018, he was included in the NBA All-Star team for the first time.
