Neal Katyal is a famous American lawyer who has formerly served as Principal Deputy Solicitor General as well as Acting Solicitor General of the United States in President Obama’s administration. He is currently Paul and Patricia Saunders Professor of Law at Georgetown University and also a partner in a well-known law firm, Hogan Lovells. His legal knowledge and experience is wide ranging – from patent, constitutional, technology and securities to criminal, employment and tribal law. In his career till now, he has argued more cases in the Supreme Court than any other minority attorney. For his remarkable work, he has received numerous awards and recognition including the ‘Edmund Randolph Award’ presented by the Department of Justice. He has also received the Litigator of the Year, Grand Prize given by the ‘American Lawyer’ Magazine. He is an accomplished author who has published a number of scholarly articles and op-eds in leading journals and publications. He has recently authored a book titled, ‘Impeach: The Case Against Donald Trump’.
