Brian Moynihan is an American businessman who currently serves as the CEO and Chairman of Bank of America, a Fortune 500 company listed by the ‘Forbes’ magazine as one of the Best Workplaces for Diversity. He is also the Chairman of The Financial Services Forum as well as a member of The National Museum of African American History & Culture. Born in Marietta, Ohio, as the sixth of eight children in a Roman Catholic family, Moynihan attended Brown University where he co-captained the rugby team. After earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, he joined Edwards & Angell LLP, the city of Providence’s leading corporate law firm. He held several banking positions before joining Bank of America. A father of three, he is married to Susan E. Berry, his classmate from Brown University.
