Jess Glynne, born Jessica Hannah Glynne, is a Grammy-winning British singer and songwriter, currently signed to ‘Atlantic Records, UK.’ She is known for her deep, soulful renditions, and has a series of chart toppers to her credit. Born and raised in a Jewish family of North London, she initially worked in music industry and completed a music course. Glynne first made name for herself when she featured on ‘Route 94’s’ ‘My Love,’ and ‘Clean Bandit’s’ Grammy Award-winning single ‘Rather Be,’ both of which made to number 1 on the UK singles chart in 2014. The same year her debut solo single, ‘Right Here,’ reached top ten, followed by single, ‘Hold My Hand’ which stayed on number 1 for 3 weeks. Her debut studio album, ‘I Cry When I Laugh,’ entered at number 1 on the UK charts and has been on the UK’s top 100 album chart for more than 160 weeks. Glynne is the first British woman in the UK chart history to have seven number 1 singles. Her chart topping singles include, ‘Not Letting Go,’ ‘Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself,’ and ‘I’ll Be There,’ among others. Her second studio album, ‘Always In Between,’ is scheduled to be released in October, 2018.
