(Artistic gymnast) Though Ivana Hong grew up interested in both tennis and gymnastics, she chose the latter in the long run. Once a promising player for the Stanford team, she later won team gold medals at both the Pan American Games and the World Championships. She was also an alternate for the 2008 Olympics.
