Alisan made her film debut at the age 7, appearing in the film ‘Homesick.’ She established her movie career with films such as ‘Parenthood’ and ‘Stella.’ She also began her TV career with series such as ‘Pee-Wee’s Playhouse’ and ‘Chicken Soup.’ As an adult, Alisan looked for roles in stage musicals and starred in ‘The Ten Commandments: The Musical.’ In 2009, she made her music debut and released her debut album, ‘Alisan Porter.’ She released her second album, ‘Who We Are,’ in 2014. In 2016, she appeared as a contestant in the tenth season of the singing reality show ‘The Voice’ and won. Alisan has also been in the news for her drug and alcohol addiction.
