(British Tennis Player) Reginald Doherty was a British tennis player who won four Wimbledon singles titles in his career. He also won eight Wimbledon doubles titles and two US Open doubles titles. He helped his team win four consecutive Davis Cups starting from 1903. Doherty was also an Olympic champion; he won three gold medals and a bronze medal in two Olympic Games.
