Brian Joseph Burton, who is better known by his stage name Danger Mouse, is an American musician, songwriter and record producer. He developed an intense interest in music when he was quite young. As a student, he was deeply influenced by artists and bands like Neutral Milk Hotel. He eventually adopted the stage name of Danger Mouse and ventured into the indie music scene. He gained prominence after releasing ‘The Grey Album’ in 2004. He is a member of the band ‘Gnarls Barkley’, as well as ‘Broken Balls’ and ‘Danger Doom.’ Throughout his career, he has been nominated for nineteen Grammy Awards, out of which he has won six. His first Grammy Award was for the song ‘Crazy’ in the ‘Best Urban/Alternative Performance’ category. It was the debut single by Gnarls Barkley. He has received several other awards as well, including one Golden Globe Award and one Music Producers Guild Award.
