Pixie Geldof is an English model, singer, and activist, better known as the younger daughter of media personalities Bob Geldof and Paula Yates. Born into a celebrity family, she has been surrounded by the paparazzi since she was a child. This eventually helped her in shaping her career. However, at an early age, she struggled to cope with two deaths, first of her mother and then of her sister. Both of them had overdosed on drugs. Pixie’s social circle and lavish lifestyle have projected her in the media as a spoilt brat. Pixie delved into the glamor industry at a tender age, making her first magazine cover campaign at the age of 18. She eventually modeled for a string of fashion labels and designers such as 'Miu Miu,' 'Tommy Hilfiger,' 'Chanel,' 'Ashley Williams,' and 'Henry Holland.' Pixie harbored a passion for songwriting from an early age and later released a single for her band, 'Violet.' She released her debut album in 2016. She has been an ardent supporter of banning animal testing in the beauty industry and has campaigned for animal protection and planet sustainability. Some of the campaigns she has been associated with are ‘The Body Shop' campaign against animal testing, the 'Pass on Plastic' campaign by 'Project Zero,' and 'Sky Ocean Rescue.'
