Corey Ian Haim was a Canadian actor who was quite popular during the 1980s as a teen idol; he is still remembered for his role in the horror comedy film ‘The Lost Boys'. The film, where he played the lead role, was a huge success. Other works that gained him prominence include his lead role in the horror film 'Silver Bullet' and the comedy film 'Snowboard Academy'. In addition to his work in films, Haim was also known for his work on television. His first role on television was that of a supporting character in the Canadian children's TV show 'The Edison Twins'. He was next seen in the TV film 'A Time to Live' where he played a supporting role. The film won multiple awards including a Golden Globe.
