Seo Hyun-jin is a South Korean actress and singer. She made her debut in 2001 as the lead vocalist and dancer of the South Korean K-pop girl group ‘M.I.L.K’. When the group disbanded in 2003, Seo attended the Dongduk Women's University and majored in applied musicology. She then made her comeback to the K-pop scene as a solo artist and contributed songs to various soundtracks and also to the ‘SM Town’ compilations. In 2006, she transitioned into acting with the musical ‘The Sound of Music’ which was followed by supporting roles in TV series ‘Hwang Jini’ and ‘H.I.T’. She also did a small role in the film ‘Ashamed’. Her first starring role came in the South Korean historical drama series, ‘The Duo’. This was followed by other leading roles in dramas like ‘The King's Daughter’ and ‘The Three Musketeers’, thus garnering attention as an actress. Her acting career bolstered with her breakthrough role in ‘Let’s Eat 2’and her popularity only surged with other notable series like ‘Another Miss Oh’ and ‘Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim’. Currently, she can be seen playing the lead role in the South Korean TV series ‘Temperature of Love’.
