Steve Howey is an American film and TV actor, who currently appears in the 'Showtime' series 'Shameless.' He was a prolific athlete in college and would have become a basketball player had his passion for films not led him to Hollywood. Steve began his career with films and later gained prominence on TV. Two of his notable roles are those of ‘Van Montgomery’ in 'Reba' and ‘Ben Piller’ in 'CTRL.' He played the titular role in the film 'Stan Helsing.' He is married to his ‘Reba’ co-star Sarah Shahi and has three children. They were involved in a controversy after their nanny filed a case against them for religious discrimination, verbal abuse, and sexual harassment.
