Megan Lynne Dodds is an American actress best known for playing Kate in the television sitcom ‘Not Going Out’ alongside Tim Vine and Lee Mack. She also gained fame for starring as Christine Whitney in the police procedural drama ‘CSI: NY’. She is known for her performances in the movies ‘The Contract’, ‘Chatroom’ and ‘Ever After’ as well. The talented actress is also recognized for her stage work, most notably in ‘My Name is Rachel Corrie’ for which she earned London Theatregoers' Choice Award for Best Actress. Born in Sacramento, California, Dodds enrolled in a community college following her graduation from high school. She later went to Juilliard School and then spent two years appearing in off-Broadway and Broadway productions before landing roles on the small and the big screen. After leaving USA for England in 1997, Dodds met fashion photographer Oliver Pearce. They got married and moved to Battersea, London. They have one child together. Besides acting, the actress likes travelling and cooking.
